The invention discloses a vertical-roll motion decoupling control suspension system which is composed of a rocker arm assembly, a cross rocker arm, a spring damping assembly and a rod piece assembly. The rocker arm assembly comprises a left rocker arm and a right rocker arm; the spring shock absorption assembly comprises a first spring shock absorber, a second spring shock absorber and a third spring shock absorber; the rod piece assembly comprises rod pieces correspondingly connected with the ends of the three spring shock absorbers, a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod. The crossed rocker arm is composed of four rotating plates which are stacked up and down, the two rotating plates located in the middle form a first crossed rocker arm, the two rotating plates located on the outer layer form a second crossed rocker arm, and the first crossed rocker arm and the second crossed rocker arm are arranged in an X shape. The structure of the rocker arm is simplified, and the aim of decoupling the linear rigidity and the angular rigidity of the suspension is achieved in a simpler mode by adding the two crossed rocker arms forming an X shape in the middle.
本发明公开了一种垂向‑侧倾运动解耦控制悬架系统,由摇臂总成、交叉摇臂、弹簧减振总成、杆件总成组成;摇臂总成包括左摇臂、右摇臂;弹簧减振总成包括第一弹簧减振器、第二弹簧减振器、第三弹簧减振器;杆件总成包括与三个弹簧减振器的端部对应连接的杆件以及第一连杆、第二连杆;交叉摇臂由上下叠放的四片转动板组成,位于中间的两片转动板形成第一交叉摇臂,位于外层的两片转动板形成第二交叉摇臂,第一交叉摇臂与第二交叉摇臂呈X型设置。本发明精简了摇臂的结构,通过加入中间构成X型的两个交叉摇臂,以更加简单的方式,实现了悬架线刚度和角刚度解耦的目标。
