The invention relates to a high-temperature-resistant plugging thermal insulation material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The high-temperature-resistant plugging thermal insulation material comprises a porous composite material body; the surface glass carbonized carbon aerogel layer is arranged on the surface of the porous composite material body; the carbon aerogel layer is arranged on the surface of one side of the surface glass carbonized carbon aerogel layer, and the glass carbonized layer is arranged on the surface of the other side of the surface glass carbonized carbon aerogel layer; the carbon aerogel layer is arranged towards the direction of the porous composite material body; and the low-density heat insulation material layer is arranged on the surface of the glass carbonization layer. The technical problem to be solved by the invention is how to reduce the gas permeability of the high-temperature-resistant porous composite material so as to avoid or slow down the phenomenon of gas leakage generated in ultrahigh-temperature equipment and a high-speed aircraft caused by macropores and high porosity of the high-temperature-resistant porous composite material to influence the operation of an external system, so that the high-temperature-resistant porous composite material is more practical.
本发明是关于耐高温封堵隔热材料及其制备方法和应用。所述耐高温封堵隔热材料包括:多孔复合材料本体;表面玻璃碳化的碳气凝胶层,设置于所述多孔复合材料本体的表面上;所述表面玻璃碳化的碳气凝胶层,其一侧表面为碳气凝胶层,另一侧表面为玻璃碳化层;所述碳气凝胶层朝向所述多孔复合材料本体的方向设置;低密度隔热材料层,设置于所述玻璃碳化层的表面上。本发明所解决的技术问题是如何降低耐高温多孔复合材料的气体透过率,以避免或减缓耐高温多孔复合材料的大孔隙和高孔隙率导致超高温设备和高速飞行器中产生气体外泄现象而影响到其外部系统的运行,从而更加适于实用。
