The invention relates to the technical field of thermal insulation materials, and provides a high-strength low-thermal-conductivity silicon oxide-based thermal insulation material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The fiber cloth laminated prefabricated member comprises a laminated structure formed by sequentially laminating five layers of quartz fiber cloth and one layer of carbon fiber cloth, and a quartz suture line for stitching the laminated structure; the silicon oxide ceramic substrate is of a porous structure formed by nano silicon oxide, and the particle size range of the nano silicon oxide is 120-180nm; the fiber cloth laminated prefabricated member accounts for 65-80% of the total mass, the silicon oxide ceramic matrix accounts for 20-35% of the total mass, and the porosity of the material is 30-45%; the preparation method comprises the following three steps: preparing a fiber cloth laminated prefabricated part, preparing a laminated prefabricated part/gel complex, and carrying out high-temperature heat treatment. The prepared material has high strength and low thermal conductivity, and the material preparation process is simple, safe, environment-friendly and easy for large-scale production and application.

    本发明涉及隔热材料技术领域,提供了一种高强度低热导氧化硅基隔热材料及其制备方法和应用,材料包括纤维布层叠预制件和氧化硅陶瓷基体;纤维布层叠预制件包括五层石英纤维布和一层碳纤维布依次层叠的层叠结构和平针缝合层叠结构的石英缝合线;氧化硅陶瓷基体为纳米氧化硅形成的多孔结构,纳米氧化硅粒径范围为:120~180nm;纤维布层叠预制件占总质量的65~80%,氧化硅陶瓷基体占总质量的20~35%,材料的孔隙率为30~45%;制备方法包括制备纤维布层叠预制件、制备层叠预制件/凝胶复合体、高温热处理等3个步骤。制备出的材料兼具高强度和低热导性能,材料制备工艺过程简单,安全环保,易于规模化生产和应用。
