A self-adaptive vertical rotating and lifting construction method for a large-span steel structure is used for vertically lifting the steel structure in a vertical rotating area in a rotating mode so as to complete high-altitude installation, and the vertical rotating area comprises a plurality of steel columns which are vertically arranged at intervals. Comprising the steps of mounting a lattice type horizontally-spliced jig frame group, mounting a rotating hinge, splicing a steel structure, arranging a hydraulic lifting device, vertically rotating and lifting, fixing the steel structure, carrying out quality inspection and the like. And the steel structure is obliquely placed and assembled at a low altitude, and the steel structure is vertically rotated and lifted in place after being assembled. Compared with the traditional methods such as a high-altitude bulk method, a strip or block mounting method, a slippage method, an integral hoisting method, an integral lifting method and an integral jacking method, the mounting height of the supporting jig frame can be reduced, the high-altitude operation amount and the investment of large hoisting equipment are reduced, and the safety coefficient of construction is improved.

    一种大跨度钢结构自适应竖转提升施工的方法,用于以转动的方式在竖转区内竖向提升钢结构以完成高空安装,所述竖转区内包括若干间隔且竖直设置的钢柱,包括安装格构式卧拼胎架组、安装转铰、拼装钢结构、布置液压提升装置、竖转提升、钢结构固定以及质检等步骤。以倾斜放置钢结构并于低空完成组装,组装后竖转吊升到位。相比传统的高空散装法、分条或分块安装法、滑移法、整体吊装法、整体提升法、整体顶升法等方法而言,本发明可以降低支撑胎架的安装高度,减少高空作业量和大型吊装设备的投入以及提高施工的安全系数。
