The invention discloses a cell satellite system capable of being assembled and reconstructed in an on-orbit modularization mode. The cell satellite system comprises a cell satellite and an operation robot. The cell satellite comprises a plurality of cell units which are arranged at will, standard interfaces are arranged on the surfaces of the cell units, the cell units are connected through the standard interfaces, and each cell unit comprises at least one comprehensive electronic unit, a propelling unit, an energy unit and one or more attitude control units. And the operation robot is connected with the cell satellite through the standard interface and is used for overhauling or replacing the cell units.
