The invention provides a separated satellite and a high-precision measurement and assembly method for the separated satellite. The method comprises the steps that S1, a magnetic suspension actuator coil part, the electromagnetic chuck end of a two-cabin connection release device, a displacement sensor reflecting surface and the bottom of a two-cabin unlocking device are installed on a platform cabin top plate; s2, mounting a magnetic steel part of a magnetic suspension actuator, an adsorption end of a two-cabin connection release device, a displacement sensor probe and the top of a two-cabin unlocking device on a load cabin suspension plate; s3, the load cabin suspension plate and the platform cabin top plate are connected through an inter-cabin height positioning tool, and it is ensured that the distance between the load cabin suspension plate and the platform cabin top plate meets the preset requirement; and S4, the inter-cabin height positioning tool is dismantled, and inter-cabin assembling is completed. According to the invention, the high-precision installation and different-spacing assembly requirements of the separated satellite single machine can be realized.

    本发明提供了一种分离式卫星及分离式卫星高精度测量与装配方法,包括:步骤S1:将磁浮作动器线圈部分、两舱连接释放装置电磁吸盘端、位移传感器反射面以及两舱解锁装置底部安装于平台舱顶板上;步骤S2:将磁浮作动器磁钢部分、两舱连接释放装置吸附端、位移传感器探头以及两舱解锁装置顶部安装于载荷舱悬浮板上;步骤S3:通过舱间高度定位工装连接载荷舱悬浮板与平台舱顶板,确保载荷舱悬浮板与平台舱顶板之间的间距满足预设要求;步骤S4:拆除舱间高度定位工装,舱间装配完成。本发明能够实现分离式卫星单机高精度安装、不同间距的装配要求。
