The invention belongs to the technical field of photovoltaic power generation, and particularly relates to an offshore floating type photovoltaic system which comprises a flexible floating photovoltaic platform and a plurality of mooring units. Each mooring unit comprises a pile foundation fixedly connected to the water bottom, a buoyancy assembly used for providing buoyancy, a tension transmission cable and a cable turning part. The flexible floating photovoltaic platform comprises a floating net formed by transversely and longitudinally intersecting a plurality of transverse cables and a plurality of longitudinal cables and a buoyancy unit fixedly connected to the floating net, one end of each tension transmission cable is connected to the periphery of the flexible floating photovoltaic platform, and the other end of each tension transmission cable is connected with a buoyancy assembly after being changed in direction through a cable direction changing component; the upper part of the pile foundation is connected with the lower part of the cable steering component; the multiple mooring units are arranged on the periphery of the flexible floating photovoltaic platform, outward pulling force is provided for the periphery of the flexible floating photovoltaic platform in multiple directions through the mooring units, and the flexible floating photovoltaic platform is flexibly unfolded on the sea surface.
