The defrosting device has the advantages that condensate water cannot be generated, water mist cannot be generated, driving cannot be affected, the problem that a short-time refrigeration effect is achieved in the traditional defrosting process is effectively solved, and the comfort of the environment in a vehicle and the driving safety are improved. The problems of low energy efficiency, frosting and defrosting of an electric air conditioning system under the low-temperature climate are effectively solved, and the purposes of comprehensively adjusting the temperature and the humidity in the vehicle and improving the comfort in the vehicle are achieved.
