The invention discloses a heat exchanger beneficial to defrosting and draining of a heat pump air conditioner of a new energy automobile. The heat exchanger comprises a heat exchanger body, wherein aplurality of fins for heat exchange are arranged on a surface of the heat exchanger body two upward ends of the heat exchanger body are respectively fixed on a base and a top plate, the base and the top plate are respectively assembled with the at least four reciprocating lead screws in a circumferential rotation and non-axial movement manner, each reciprocating lead screw is arranged in one reciprocating supporting block, the two reciprocating supporting blocks located on the same end surface of a fin of the heat exchanger body are assembled with the same scrubbing shaft in a circumferentialrotating mode, the scrubbing shaft is fixedly sleeved with a rolling brush, a gear is further fixedly sleeved on the brushing shaft and is in meshed transmission with clamping teeth on a rack, two ends of the rack are respectively fixed on the top plate and the base, the four reciprocating lead screws are each provided with two reciprocating grooves which are smoothly communicated end to end and opposite in rotating direction, reciprocating protrusions are arranged at assembly positions of the reciprocating supporting blocks and the reciprocating lead screws, and the reciprocating protrusionsare clamped into the reciprocating grooves and assembled with the reciprocating grooves in a sliding mode.

    本发明公开了一种利于新能源汽车热泵空调化霜排水的热交换器,包括热交换器本体,热交换器本体的表面设置有无数用于换热的翅片;热交换器本体上向两端分别固定在底座、顶板上,底座、顶板分别与至少四根往复丝杠可圆周转动、不可轴向移动装配;每根往复丝杠分别装入一块往复托块内,且位于热交换器本体的翅片同一端面处的两块往复托块分别与同一刷洗轴可圆周转动装配,刷洗轴上套装固定有滚刷;刷洗轴上还套装固定有齿轮,齿轮与齿条上的卡齿啮合传动,齿条两端分别固定在顶板、底座上;四根往复丝杠上均设置有两条首尾圆滑连通、旋向相反的往复凹槽,往复托块与往复丝杠装配处设置有往复凸起,往复凸起卡装入往复凹槽内且与之可滑动装配。
