A crane that travels on a linear travel path is provided with: a travel unit that travels on the travel path in the travel direction; and a detection unit that is attached to the crane and detects an object present on the advancing side in the traveling direction of the traveling unit, the detection unit being configured from a combination of at least two radar sensors, the at least two radar sensors being respectively disposed on both end sides in the width direction orthogonal to the traveling direction. The reference line of each radar sensor is disposed so as to be inclined inward in the width direction.
