The invention provides a ship trajectory tracking system state encoder and an encoding method thereof, and relates to the technical field of networked control. The system state encoder comprises an information acquisition module, a state decoupling module, a primary encoding module, a secondary encoding module, a data encryption module and a channel encoding module which are connected in sequence. The information acquisition module obtains a ship trajectory tracking system state sampling value from a state sensor, sends the ship trajectory tracking system state sampling value to the state decoupling module, carries out state decoupling, carries out compressed coding on a decoupled state variable through the primary coding module, carries out secondary coding on the decoupled state variable through an LZ coding method, and carries out secondary coding on the decoupled state variable through the secondary coding module. The generated code words are sent to the data encryption module for data encryption, finally channel coding is carried out through the channel coding module, the code words generated after coding are sent to the transmitter, and effective information communication between the controlled ship and the management control system is achieved. And safety management and effective control of various ships in urban ports or sea channels are ensured.

    本发明提供一种船舶轨迹跟踪系统状态编码器及其编码方法,涉及网络化控制技术领域。系统状态编码器包括依次连接的信息采集模块、状态解耦模块、初级编码模块、二次编码模块、数据加密模块和信道编码模块。信息采集模块从状态传感器获得船舶轨迹跟踪系统状态采样值,发送给状态解耦模块,并进行状态解耦,经过初级编码模块对解耦后的状态变量进行压缩编码,再采用LZ编码方法对其进行二次编码,将生成的码字发送给数据加密模块进行数据加密,最后经过信道编码模块进行信道编码,将编码后生成的码字发送给发射机,实现被控船舶与管理控制系统的有效信息通信,确保对城市港口或海上航道内各类船舶进行安全管理和有效控制。
