The invention discloses an ocean ship trajectory tracking device and method, and relates to the technical field of ships, the ocean ship trajectory tracking device comprises a bottom plate, the bottom plate is provided with a rotation receiving device, the rotation receiving device comprises a satellite receiver, the satellite receiver is rotatably installed at the top of the bottom plate, and the satellite receiver is connected with the rotation receiving device. A radome is fixedly installed at the top of the satellite receiver, and a leak hole is formed in the end, close to the satellite receiver, of the radome. According to the marine ship trajectory tracking device and method, the rotary receiving device is arranged, when a satellite receiver rotates to receive a signal, liquid impurities such as seawater remaining on a radome can flow downwards through a leakage hole, and meanwhile flow guiding operation is conducted on the liquid impurities through a T-shaped rod and an arc-shaped groove; and then impurities flowing out of the radar cover can continuously flow outwards through the inclined surface of the flow guide disc, so that the impurities cannot vertically flow downwards to influence the rotating position of the bottom of the satellite receiver.
