The invention discloses an automobile braking energy recovery power generation device. The automobile rear axle comprises an automobile power assembly and an automobile rear axle connected with the automobile power assembly through a power output transmission shaft, a transmission gear is installed on the power output transmission shaft and meshed with a driven gear, an electromagnetic clutch device is connected to a rotating shaft of the driven gear, and a generator is connected to an output shaft of the electromagnetic clutch device. The electromagnetic clutch device is connected with a control circuit of the brake pedal device, and an output shaft of the electromagnetic clutch device can rotate through the action of the brake pedal device so as to drive the generator to generate electricity. The device has the advantages that electric energy can be directly used for an electrical load of a heavy-load automobile, redundant electric energy can be stored in an energy storage system such as a storage battery, part of braking energy is recycled, braking inertia of the heavy-load automobile is recycled, used for power generation and provided for a vehicle-mounted load, the braking process can be reduced, and the device can be used for supplementing electric energy of the heavy-load automobile; and the use economy of the heavy-duty automobile is improved.

    本发明公开了一种汽车制动能量回收发电装置。它包括汽车动力总成以及通过动力输出传动轴与汽车动力总成连接的汽车后桥,动力输出传动轴上安装有传动齿轮,传动齿轮与一个从动齿轮啮合,从动齿轮的转轴上连接有电磁离合装置,电磁离合装置的输出轴上连接有发电机,电磁离合装置与制动脚踏装置的控制线路连接,通过制动脚踏装置动作能够使电磁离合装置的输出轴转动从而带动发电机进行发电。优点是:电能可直接用于重载汽车的电气负载,多余电能可存储进蓄电池等储能系统中,实现一部分制动能量的回收,将重载汽车的制动惯性回收,用于发电,提供给车载负载,可减少制动过程,可用于重载汽车的电能能源补充,提高重载汽车的使用经济性。
