The invention discloses an automobile integrated brake controller, which comprises an adapter, a brake device and a controller, wherein a mounting cavity is formed in the adapter; the push rod is movably arranged on the adapter in a penetrating mode, and the push rod is used for being connected with a brake pedal; the mounting support is arranged outside the push rod in a sleeving mode, the mounting support and the push rod are relatively fixed, the mounting support is located in the mounting cavity and used for mounting a pedal travel sensor, the mounting support is provided with a buffer part, and the buffer part is suitable for being in elastic contact with the adapter. According to the automobile integrated brake controller provided by the embodiment of the invention, the buffer piece is arranged on the mounting bracket, so that the buffer piece is in elastic contact with the adapter when the brake pedal rebounds, the direct rigid contact between the mounting bracket and the adapter is prevented, and the noise caused by collision can be effectively reduced through the buffer effect of the buffer piece; and the driving experience of the driver is improved.

    本发明公开了一种汽车集成制动控制器,包括:适配器,所述适配器内形成有安装腔;推杆,所述推杆可活动地穿设于所述适配器,所述推杆用于与制动踏板相连;安装支架,所述安装支架套设于所述推杆外且与所述推杆相对固定,所述安装支架位于所述安装腔内且用于安装踏板行程传感器,所述安装支架设有缓冲件,所述缓冲件适于与所述适配器弹性接触。根据本发明实施例的汽车集成制动控制器,在安装支架设置有缓冲件,以在制动踏板回弹时缓冲件与适配器进行弹性接触,从而在防止安装支架与适配器直接刚性接触,通过缓冲件的缓冲作用可有效地降低撞击带来的噪声,进而提升驾驶员的驾驶体验。
