The invention discloses a wireless charging device in a transformer substation and a control method. The device comprises a control center, a group of parallel guide rails placed on the ground, and a coarse positioning information measurement module and a fine positioning charging docking module which are sequentially arranged in the length direction of the parallel guide rails. The coarse positioning information measuring module and the fine positioning charging docking module are electrically connected with the control center; the coarse positioning information measurement module is used for acquiring length and width information of the robot and assisting the robot in adjusting the pose; and the fine positioning charging docking module comprises a displacement sensor, a wireless charging transmitting coil and a correlation first distance measuring sensor, and is used for guiding the robot to enter the parallel guide rails and assisting the robot in X-axis and Y-axis positioning in a top view so as to complete wireless charging docking. The length and width information of the robots of different sizes and different types is calculated, finally, the robots accurately complete butt joint charging, and the charging requirements of the robots of various types are greatly met.

    本发明公开了一种变电站内无线充电装置及控制方法,其中装置包括:控制中心、一组放置于地面的平行导轨,以及依次设置于平行导轨长度方向上的粗定位信息测量模块、精定位充电对接模块。所述粗定位信息测量模块、精定位充电对接模块均与所述控制中心电连接;所述粗定位信息测量模块用于获取机器人的长宽信息,同时辅助机器人调整位姿;所述精定位充电对接模块包括位移传感器、无线充电发射线圈、对射的第一测距传感器,用于引导机器人进入平行导轨,并辅助机器人在俯视图中的X、Y轴向定位,完成无线充电对接。实现计算不同尺寸、不同类型的机器人的长宽信息,最终使机器人精准地完成对接充电,极大地满足了多种类型机器人的充电需求。
