The invention discloses a damping matching method for an anti-pitching automobile suspension system. The damping matching method comprises the following steps that firstly, a suspension roll critical damping coefficient is calculated according to a suspension roll stress balance equation and whole automobile roll parameter indexes; 2, calculating suspension roll damping torque according to the characteristics of the shock absorbers and the current gears of the left shock absorber and the right shock absorber; 3, a suspension roll damping ratio expression is obtained, and gears of a left shock absorber and a right shock absorber are determined; 3, calculating a linear critical damping coefficient of the suspension according to the parallel wheel jump stress balance equation of the suspension and the linear parameter indexes of the whole vehicle; 4, linear critical damping is calculated according to the suspension parallel wheel jump stress balance equation and the whole vehicle linear parameter indexes; and 5, a linear damping ratio expression of the suspension is obtained, and a pitching damper gear meeting the linear damping ratio target is determined.
