The invention discloses a rapid hill-holding control method for an electric vehicle, and the main design concept of the method lies in that a software improvement mode is adopted, and the loading rate and size of a given preset torque are adjusted in a self-adaptive manner, so that rapid hill-holding is realized. Specifically, according to a hill-holding enabling condition, a hill-holding control mode is triggered, then the state of a motor is switched into closed-loop control, and a current hill-holding torque value is output; and calculating the current direction and numerical value of a preset torque in combination with the current slope sliding state and the rotating speed of the motor, and superposing the current slope-holding torque value obtained by closed-loop control of the motor based on the current calculation result of the preset torque to obtain the target torque for slope-holding. According to the method, on the premise of not increasing any hardware cost and not depending on the mass of the whole vehicle, the size of the preset torque can be calculated in a self-adaptive mode, the motor torque can be rapidly output, the response speed is increased, the actual slope sliding distance of the vehicle is reduced, the potential safety hazards caused by slope sliding of the vehicle are reduced, and safety is greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车快速驻坡控制方法,本发明的主要设计构思在于,采用软件改进方式,自适应调整给定的预设扭矩的加载速率和大小,从而实现快速驻坡。具体地,根据驻坡使能条件,触发驻坡控制模式,然后,切换电机状态为闭环控制并输出当前驻坡扭矩值;再结合当前溜坡状态及电机转速,计算预给定的预设扭矩的当前方向及数值,将电机闭环控制得到的当前驻坡扭矩值基于预设扭矩的当前计算结果叠加,获得用于驻坡的目标扭矩。本发明在不增加任何硬件成本且不依赖整车质量的前提下,能够自适应计算预设扭矩的大小并快速输出电机扭矩,从而提高响应速度,减小车辆的实际溜坡距离,进而降低车辆因溜坡带来的完全隐患,大大提高了安全性。
