The invention discloses an electric car hill-holding control system. The electric car hill-holding control system comprises a driving module and a hill-holding module, wherein the driving module is connected with the hill-holding module; the hill-holding module is a rotation speed closed-loop control module with an input rotation speed being zero; an output rotation speed of the driving module is a lower output limit of the driving module; an accelerator torque is a lower output limit of the hill-holding module. A control method using the control system is used for enabling the hill-holding module and the driving module to simultaneously take effect, so that the switching transition of the rotation speed control and the torque control is eliminated; the hill-holding response is rapid and stable.
