The invention relates to the technical field of power transmission line diagnosis, in particular to an unmanned aerial vehicle pod and power transmission line X-ray live flaw detection device. A first connecting piece and a second connecting piece are arranged on a main hanging frame of an unmanned aerial vehicle pod, the first connecting piece is used for being connected with an unmanned aerial vehicle, and a power module is further arranged on the main hanging frame; the first hanging frame is connected to the second connecting piece and located on one side of the lower portion of the main hanging frame, an electric control sliding rail is arranged on the first hanging frame, and the electric control sliding rail is used for carrying the X-ray machine so that the position and the angle of an emission opening of the X-ray machine can be adjusted; the second hanging frame is connected to the second connecting piece, located below the main hanging frame and opposite to the first hanging frame, an imaging back plate is arranged on the second hanging frame, and the imaging back plate is used for carrying a digital imaging detector. Therefore, the unmanned aerial vehicle pod is used for carrying the X-ray machine and the digital imaging detector, so that the relative position between the X-ray live flaw detection device and the power transmission line strain clamp can be adjusted, and the accuracy of a detection result is improved.

    本发明涉及输电线路诊断技术领域,具体为一种无人机吊舱与输电线路X射线带电探伤装置,其中,无人机吊舱的主挂架上设置有第一连接件和第二连接件,第一连接件用于与无人机连接,主挂架上还设置有电源模块;第一挂架连接于第二连接件,位于主挂架下方的一侧,第一挂架上设置有电控滑轨,电控滑轨用于搭载X射线机,以使X射线机发射口的位置和角度可调节;第二挂架连接于第二连接件,位于主挂架下方,与第一挂架相对设置,第二挂架上设置有成像背板,成像背板用于搭载数字成像探测器。由此,通过使用无人机吊舱搭载X射线机和数字成像探测器,实现了X射线带电探伤装置与输电线路耐张线夹之间的相对位置可调节,提高了检测结果的准确性。
