The invention relates to unmanned aerial vehicle mounting equipment for X-ray flaw detection of a power transmission line and a mounting platform of the unmanned aerial vehicle mounting equipment, the mounting equipment comprises a mounting piece mounted by an unmanned aerial vehicle, and a control instrument and a camera which are connected with the mounting piece, the mounting piece is used for X-ray nondestructive flaw detection of the power transmission line, and the mounting piece comprises an X-ray machine, a protection mechanism, a support and an image acquisition mechanism; the mounting platform comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle, a mounting piece suspended by the unmanned aerial vehicle, a control instrument and an electric capstan which are assembled with the mounting piece, and a remote control terminal which is in remote communication connection with the unmanned aerial vehicle and the control instrument; according to the invention, the unmanned rotorcraft flight control mounting is adopted to replace manual back-carrying equipment tower climbing mounting, and the video wireless remote control operation is adopted to replace manual high-altitude field operation; by means of the unmanned aerial vehicle mounting equipment with the continuously controllable mounting angle and the mounting platform of the unmanned aerial vehicle mounting equipment, X-ray nondestructive inspection of metal clamps such as strain clamps on single-strand and four-bundle conductors can be completely achieved, and potential safety hazards such as ray radiation of manual operation and high-altitude personal safety are avoided.

    本发明涉及一种输电线路X光探伤用无人机挂载设备及其挂载平台,挂载设备包括由无人机挂载的挂载件以及与挂载件连接的控制仪和摄像头,所述挂载件用于输电线路的X光无损探伤,所述挂载件包括X光机、防护机构、支架和成像采集机构;挂载平台包括无人机、由无人机吊载的挂载件、与挂载件装配的控制仪和电动绞盘以及与无人机和控制仪远程通信连接的遥控终端;本发明采用旋翼无人机飞控挂载替代人工背负设备爬塔挂载,由视频无线遥控操作替代人工高空现场作业,利用上述挂载角度连续可控的无人机挂载设备及其挂载平台可以完全实现单股和四分裂导线上的耐张线夹等金属夹具X光无损探伤,避免了人工操作的射线辐射、高空人身安全等安全隐患。
