The lifting appliance comprises an outer beam, an inner beam, two opening and closing devices arranged at the two ends of the length of the inner beam respectively and two time sequence mechanisms arranged at the two ends of the length of the inner beam respectively, the inner beam is vertically and movably arranged in the outer beam, a lifting hole is formed in the top of the inner beam, pin shafts are arranged at the two ends of the length of the inner beam respectively, and each opening and closing device comprises a pressing plate, a hand joint and a mechanical hand which are sequentially connected. The pin shaft penetrates through the pressing plate, the mechanical arm is rotatably connected with the outer beam, and the hand joint is used for closing the mechanical arm when the inner beam moves upwards relative to the outer beam and opening the mechanical arm when the inner beam moves downwards relative to the outer beam. And when the time sequence mechanism is pushed once by the lifted lifting target, the time sequence mechanism changes once from two states of unlocking the pin shaft and recovering the locking of the pin shaft. And through automatic clamping and automatic loosening, the operation step of picking and hanging the lifting belt is omitted, the self-locking function is achieved, and the lifting efficiency is improved.
