The invention discloses an anti-eccentric-wear brake-shoe clearance adjusting device and a mounting method, relates to the technical field of brake-shoe clearance adjustment, solves the problem of brake-shoe eccentric wear caused by small brake-shoe clearance when a bogie is relieved, optimizes a stress structure, avoids deterioration of the condition of brake-shoe eccentric wear, and improves the service life of the bogie. According to the specific scheme, the device comprises two brake beam assemblies which are oppositely arranged, four brake shoe holders are symmetrically hinged to the two ends of the two brake beam assemblies, each brake shoe holder is provided with a rotating brake shoe hanging rod, and the two brake shoe holders on the same side are connected through two elastic force adjusting mechanisms which are arranged in a crossed mode; an upper spring hanging seat and a lower spring hanging seat which are used for being connected with an elastic force adjusting mechanism are fixedly installed on each brake head, the upper spring hanging seats and the brake heads are installed and welded on the two sides of a brake-shoe hanging rod, and the lower spring hanging seats are welded on the outer sides of brake beam sleeves of the brake heads.
