The invention relates to an automatic parking system, a control method of the automatic parking system, and a storage medium. An automatic parking system for performing automatic valet parking, the automatic parking system being provided with: an attention target space setting unit for setting an attention target space on the basis of a target parking space for a parking vehicle and parking lot map information including entrance position information of a parking lot, the attention object space is a parking space which can influence the parking of the vehicle entering the parking space if other vehicles entering and exiting the parking space exist in the parking space around the target parking space; and a vehicle instructing unit that, when it is determined that there is a vehicle to be noticed, which is the autonomous vehicle that is being put in or out of the parking space, in the space to be noticed, instructs the vehicle to be put in or out of the parking space after it is determined that all the vehicles to be noticed are put in or out of the parking space.
