The method comprises the steps that the engine rotating speed and the engine target rotating speed of the vehicle are obtained; determining a closed-loop torque coefficient of the vehicle according to the rotating speed of the engine and the target rotating speed of the engine; according to the closed-loop torque coefficient, the engine rotating speed and the engine target rotating speed, the closed-loop torque of the vehicle is determined; and according to the closed-loop torque, the engine torque and the starting pre-control torque, the clutch torque of the vehicle is determined. According to the scheme, the accuracy of the determined clutch torque is improved.
