The invention discloses a position and foreign matter mixed detection system and an electric vehicle wireless charging control method, the system comprises a transmitting coil at a primary side and a receiving coil at a secondary side, and is characterized in that an active excitation coil is arranged above the transmitting coil, a detection coil array is arranged above the active excitation coil, and the detection coil array is arranged above the receiving coil. At least one signal line coil is further arranged on the secondary side, the active excitation coil is wound into m * n evenly-distributed grids, the directions of magnetic fields generated when current passes through the two grids on the rear adjacent side are opposite, the detection coil array comprises m * n detection coils, each detection coil correspondingly covers one grid area in the active excitation coil, and the m * n detection coils correspond to the m * n detection coils. M and n are positive integers greater than 2. The system has the advantages that the system is simple in structure and clear in logic, receiving coil position detection and metal foreign matter detection can be well achieved, and the two systems do not affect each other.
