In a wireless electric energy transmission system of an electric vehicle, since a transmitting end and a receiving end are not in direct physical contact, metal foreign matters often enter a charging area between the transmitting end and the receiving end. Compared with an original scheme, the device has the advantages that the detection coil and the transmitting coil are decoupled, so that the influence on wireless charging energy transmission is eliminated, and a relatively high detection coil self-inductance change rate is obtained at each position of the detection coil, so that the excellent metal foreign matter detection capability is obtained.
本发明提出一种电动汽车无线充电系统的金属异物检测线圈结构。考虑在电动汽车无线电能传输系统中,由于发射端和接收端没有直接的物理接触,导致两者之间的充电区域往往会有金属异物的进入。相比于原有的方案,本发明的优势在于实现了检测线圈和发射线圈的解耦,从而消除了对无线充电能量传输的影响,并且在检测线圈的各个位置上,均取得了一个较大的检测线圈自感变化率,从而获得优异的金属异物检测能力。
