And the industrial personal computer is in communication connection with the detector and the remote control crawler chassis through a wireless network. During working, a worker controls the remote control crawler chassis to sequentially move to four corners and a central position of a to-be-detected area through the industrial personal computer, and after the remote control crawler chassis moves to a set position, the remote control crawler chassis stops running so as to reduce noise generated when the remote control crawler chassis moves and influence on detection of the noise detector; according to the technical scheme of the invention, during the whole detection process, a worker only needs to stay at a point to complete all detection and data acquisition work, so that the work efficiency is greatly improved, and the labor intensity of the worker is reduced. The physical strength of workers is greatly saved, and the detection work efficiency is greatly improved.
本发明属于环境检测技术领域,具体的说是涉及一种环境数据采样机器人,包括遥控履带底盘、检测座、检测仪及工控机;工控机通过无线网与检测仪和遥控履带底盘通信连接。工作时,先由工作人员通过工控机控制遥控履带底盘依次移动到待检测区域的四角和中心位置上,当遥控履带底盘移动到设定的位置后,遥控履带底盘停止运行,以减少遥控履带底盘移动时的噪音,对噪音检测仪检测的影响,然后通过工控机控制检测仪开始进行采集检测,并将检测仪产生的数据信号实时传输到工控机上,并自动记录整理下来,本发明的优点是:整个检测过程中,工作人员只需呆在一点便可完成全部的检测与数据采集工作,极大地节省了工作人员的体力,大大地提高了检测工作效率。
