The invention relates to a vehicle cruise control method and device, electronic equipment and a vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: under the condition that a cruise function of the vehicle is started, if it is determined that a front vehicle exists on a driving lane in front of the vehicle, obtaining the driving state information of the front vehicle; acquiring gradient information of a driving lane in front of the vehicle according to the position information of the vehicle under the condition that the driving state information meets a preset cruise condition; and controlling the vehicle to cruise according to the gradient information. Therefore, the vehicle can be controlled to cruise according to the gradient information of the driving lane in front of the vehicle, the cruise strategy is adjusted according to the gradient information, and then the oil consumption of the vehicle can be reduced. Meanwhile, when the scheme is applied, hardware adjustment of the vehicle is small, the upgrading cost of the vehicle is low, and popularization is facilitated. Whether the current driving environment of the vehicle can safely cruise or not can be judged by judging the driving state information of the front vehicle, so that the cruise safety of the vehicle can be improved.

    本公开涉及一种车辆巡航的控制方法、装置、电子设备和车辆,该方法包括:在车辆的巡航功能开启的情况下,若确定车辆前方的行驶车道上有前车,则获取所述前车的行驶状态信息;在所述行驶状态信息满足预设的巡航条件的情况下,根据所述车辆的位置信息获取车辆前方行驶车道的坡度信息;根据所述坡度信息控制所述车辆进行巡航。如此,可根据车辆前方行驶车道的坡度信息控制车辆进行巡航,以根据该坡度信息调整巡航策略,进而能降低车辆的油耗。同时应用本方案时车辆的硬件调整较小,车辆的升级成本较低,便于推广普及。通过对前车的行驶状态信息进行判断,还可以判断车辆当前的行驶环境是否可以安全进行巡航,以能提高车辆巡航的安全性。
