The invention discloses an internal electric double-source power locomotive cooling system and a control method thereof. The internal electric double-source power locomotive cooling system comprises a cooling air duct, a first radiator, a second radiator, a third radiator and a cooling fan, wherein the first radiator, the second radiator and the third radiator are arranged in the cooling air duct; the cooling fan is used for forming airflow in the cooling air duct; the first radiator is connected with the low-temperature side of a diesel engine of the internal electric double-source power locomotive through a first cooling loop, and the second radiator is connected with a converter of the internal electric double-source power locomotive through a second cooling loop. The third radiator is connected with the diesel engine high-temperature side of the internal electric double-source power locomotive and the transformer through a third cooling loop. And the radiating surface of the first radiator and the radiating surface of the second radiator are arranged on the radiating surface of the third radiator side by side. Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, not only is the heat dissipation efficiency improved, but also the size of the cooling device is greatly reduced.
本发明公开了一种内电双源动力机车冷却系统及其控制方法,包括冷却风道、设于冷却风道内的第一散热器、第二散热器、第三散热器,以及用于在所述冷却风道内形成气流的冷却风机;所述第一散热器通过第一冷却回路与内电双源动力机车的柴油机低温侧连接,所述第二散热器通过第二冷却回路与内电双源动力机车的变流器连接,所述第三散热器通过第三冷却回路分别与内电双源动力机车的柴油机高温侧以及变压器连接;所述第一散热器的散热面与所述第二散热器的散热面并排布置在所述第三散热器的散热面上。由于采用了上述技术方案,与现有技术相比,本发明既提高了散热效率,又大大减少了冷却装置的体积。
