The invention discloses a ram-type parafoil three-dimensional structure. Reinforcing belts are sewn on an upper wing surface, a lower wing surface and wing ribs; and the upper edge and the lower edge of the wing rib reinforcing band are respectively connected with the upper wing surface reinforcing band and the lower wing surface reinforcing band. The invention further discloses a machining method of the ram-type parafoil three-dimensional structure. The machining method comprises the steps that the reinforcing bands are sewn on the wing ribs according to the positions of the parachute cords; the lower edges of the wing rib reinforcing belts are connected with the parachute cords; respectively determining sewing positions of the reinforcing bands in the upper wing surface and the lower wing surface according to the upper edge and the lower edge of the wing rib reinforcing band; the two sections of upper wing surface reinforcing bands located on the left side and the right side of the same wing rib are knotted into a semi-flat knot at the wing rib, extend downwards and then are connected to the wing rib reinforcing bands; and the two sections of lower wing surface reinforcing belts on the left side and the right side of the same wing rib are knotted at the wing rib to form a semi-flat knot, and the semi-flat knot extends upwards and then is connected to the wing rib reinforcing belt. The three-dimensional structure of the parafoil is formed, the bearing capacity of the parafoil can be effectively improved, and efficient bearing of the parafoil is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种冲压式翼伞立体结构,加强带缝纫于上翼面、下翼面和翼肋上;翼肋加强带的上缘和下缘分别连接上翼面加强带和下翼面加强带。本发明还公开了一种冲压式翼伞立体结构的加工方法,包括根据伞绳的位置在翼肋上缝纫加强带;将翼肋加强带的下缘与伞绳连接;根据翼肋加强带的上缘和下缘分别确定上翼面和下翼面中加强带的缝纫位置;使位于同一根翼肋左右两侧的两段上翼面加强带在翼肋处打一个半平结,向下延伸后连接于翼肋加强带;使位于同一根翼肋左右两侧的两段下翼面加强带在翼肋处打一个半平结,向上延伸后连接于翼肋加强带。本发明形成翼伞的立体结构,能够有效提高翼伞的承载能力,实现了翼伞的高效率承载。
