According to the method provided by the invention, when the target vehicle enters the adjacent lane at a short distance, the vehicle speed of the vehicle is automatically calculated and controlled in time, so that a safe driving distance is obtained. According to the method, whole-course automatic control is achieved, driving safety is improved, and user operation is facilitated.
