本发明提出一种无人特种车辆分布式驱动系统,包括驱动电机及驱动器、侧减速器、刹车盘、制动卡钳、阀组、液压泵站、制动控制盒、过滤器和输出法兰盘,能够将储能单元或动力单元的电能通过双侧驱动电机及驱动器转化为机械能,驱动车辆行驶。本发明的驱动系统布局合理,驱动系统的制动器与动力输出端同轴布置,驱动电机与制动器平行布置。驱动系统仅动力输出部分位于车体外部,能够提高制动器及驱动电机的环境适应性。驱动电机、侧减速器、制动器可实现整体吊装,不仅可以满足车辆轻量化、一体化要求,还可以提高驱动系统的可靠性,减少占用车内空间。
