The invention discloses an escalator fault prediction method and device, equipment and a medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the operation data of an escalator at a plurality of sampling times, and determining a plurality of distribution vectors corresponding to the operation data; the distribution vector is used for representing a time domain distribution characteristic of the operation data on a time unit, and the time unit comprises a plurality of sampling times; carrying out abnormal factor detection on the plurality of distribution vectors according to the similarity among the distribution vectors, and if it is determined that working condition switching does not exist in the escalator within a plurality of sampling times according to an abnormal factor detection result, inputting the operation data into a prediction model to obtain a prediction result of the operation data; the prediction result is used for representing predicted operation data of the escalator; and carrying out evidence fusion on the prediction result of the operation data to obtain a fault prediction result of the escalator. The escalator fault can be predicted under the condition that the working condition of the escalator is not changed, and the prediction efficiency of the escalator fault is improved.

    本申请公开了一种扶梯故障的预测方法、装置、设备及介质,该方法包括:获取扶梯在多个采样时间的运行数据,确定运行数据对应的多个分布向量;分布向量用于表征运行数据在一个时间单元上的时域分布特性,时间单元包括多个采样时间;根据各分布向量之间的相似度对多个分布向量进行异常因子检测,若根据异常因子检测的结果确定扶梯在多个采样时间内未存在工况切换,则将运行数据输入预测模型,得到运行数据的预测结果;预测结果用于表征扶梯的预测运行数据;对运行数据的预测结果进行证据融合,获得扶梯的故障预测结果。能够在扶梯工况未发生改变的情况下对扶梯故障进行预测,提高了扶梯故障的预测效率。
