The invention provides a test method for a high-cold high-sand atmospheric environment of a helicopter connecting structure. The test method is characterized in that a low-temperature fatigue test, a sand dust test, a temperature impact (low-temperature) test, an ultraviolet-condensation test and a saline solution spraying-drying test are sequentially carried out on a test piece. By adopting the scheme, the effectiveness of the test for simulating the high-cold and high-sand environment is remarkably improved, the adaptability of the helicopter skin riveting structure in the high-cold and high-sand atmospheric environment can be evaluated more quickly and accurately, and the test result is very close to the test result in a natural parking state; one cycle test can simulate the condition that the helicopter riveting structure is parked outdoors for one year in a high-cold and high-sand area.

    本发明提供了直升机连接结构高寒高沙大气环境试验方法,其特征在于:依序对试验件进行低温疲劳试验、砂尘试验、温度冲击(低温)试验、紫外‑冷凝试验和盐溶液喷雾‑干燥试验。采用本发明方案,显著提高了模拟高寒高沙环境试验的有效性,能够更加快速、准确的评估直升机蒙皮铆接结构的在高寒高沙大气环境下的适应性,与自然停放状态下的试验结果非常接近,一个循环试验可模拟直升机铆接结构在高寒高沙地区户外停放1年的情况。
