The invention provides a helicopter connection structure humid and hot marine atmospheric environment test method. The method comprises the following steps of: applying a pull-pull sine fatigue load equivalent to one-year flight intensity to a test piece; carrying out a humidity-heat test on the test piece by combining the highest temperature and the maximum relative humidity actually measured in a coastal hot and humid region where a helicopter serves; carrying out an ultraviolet/condensation test on the test piece by combining the maximum temperature actually measured in the coastal hot and humid region where the helicopter serves and the maximum value of the annual ultraviolet radiation quantity of the sun; carrying out a salt spray test on the test piece by combining the highest chlorine ion content actually measured in the coastal hot and humid region where the helicopter serves and the lowest pH value of rainwater; and carrying out performance detection after completion. According to the helicopter connection structure humid and hot marine atmospheric environment test method, the actual conditions that a connection structure is affected by high humidity and corrosive media in the morning and evening, is radiated by ultraviolet rays in the daytime and is affected by fatigue loads in the flight process when the helicopter is parked can be effectively simulated, the damage phenomenon and the damage mechanism of long-term service in the humid and hot ocean atmospheric environment can be reproduced, and the simulation performance and the effectiveness of the test are improved.

    本发明提供了直升机连接结构湿热海洋大气环境试验方法,步骤包括:对试验件施加当量1年飞行强度的拉‑拉正弦疲劳载荷;结合直升机服役所在沿海湿热地区实测的最高温度和最大相对湿度对试验件开展湿热试验;结合直升机服役所在沿海湿热地区实测的最高温度和太阳年紫外辐射量极大值对试验件开展紫外/冷凝试验;结合直升机服役所在沿海湿热地区实测的最高氯离子含量及雨水最低pH值对试验件开展盐雾试验;结束后进行性能检测。本发明方案能够有效模拟直升机停放时连接结构早晚多受高湿、腐蚀介质作用,白天受紫外线辐射,飞行过程受疲劳载荷作用的实际情况,能再现湿热海洋大气环境下长期服役的损伤现象和损伤机理,提高了试验的模拟性和有效性。
