The undercarriage prepared by imitating a woodpecker skull structure has excellent shock absorption and impact resistance; the undercarriage is prepared by adopting a laser selective melting (SLM) technology, so that the number of connecting pieces in the undercarriage is reduced, unnecessary assembly steps are omitted, and assembly errors are reduced; the materials and the parts are integrally formed, and tedious preparation steps and machining processes are omitted.

    本发明涉及起落架技术领域,具体为一种仿啄木鸟头骨结构的减震起落架及制备方法,所述减震起落架主体由TiAl合金材料制备而成,所述减震起落架由外到内依次包含强度层、缓冲层及韧性层;所述强度层仿照啄木鸟头骨的舌骨层;所述缓冲层仿照啄木鸟头骨的松质骨层;所述韧性层仿照啄木鸟头骨的脑脊液层。本发明仿照啄木鸟头骨结构制备出来的起落架,具有优异的减震抗冲击能力;本发明采用激光选择性熔化技术(SLM)来制备起落架,减少了起落架内连接件的数量,省去不必要的装配步骤,减低了装配误差;材料与零件一体化成型,免去繁琐的制备步骤以及加工工艺。
