The invention discloses an aerial robot simulating woodpecker attachment operation, a working method and a control method. The robot comprises an aircraft, an attachment assembly fixedly connected to the abdomen of the aircraft and an operation assembly connected to the aircraft. The aircraft comprises a fuselage and a tilting rotor assembly, wherein the tilting rotor assembly comprises a tilting mechanism mounted at the outer end of a rotor arm, a rotor motor fixedly connected to the output end of the tilting mechanism, and a rotor driven by the rotor motor; the operation assembly comprises a multi-degree-of-freedom mechanical arm and an operation tool located at the tail end of the mechanical arm. A tail supporting assembly is arranged at the tail of the aerial robot; the tail supporting assembly comprises a tail supporting base, a tail supporting steering engine fixedly connected to the tail supporting base and a tail supporting piece driven by the tail supporting steering engine to rotate. The aerial robot can be attached to buildings or objects such as trees, wall surfaces and high towers in any posture, and work such as tree cutting, high tower foreign matter removing, reconnaissance monitoring and the like is achieved through the operation device.
