The invention discloses a ship linetype monitoring method which comprises the following steps: S1, after a ship is assembled, establishing a ship coordinate system by taking the center of a ship rudderstock as a reference according to the center line of a dock; s2, taking the ship coordinate system as a reference, and respectively measuring actual coordinates of rib position lines and actual coordinates of a waterline of a port and a starboard of the ship by using a total station; s3, calculating a deviation value between the actual coordinate and the design coordinate according to the measured actual coordinate, and drawing an actual linear graph of the ship; s4, carrying out a ship navigation simulation test according to the actual ship linetype graph, and testing whether the actual ship linetype affects the actual ship navigation speed or not; and S5, if the influence exists, correcting the ship according to the deviation value, and repeating the steps S2 to S4 until the actual line type of the ship does not influence the actual navigational speed. Before the ship is launched, the actual line type of the ship is corrected through a simulation test, the actual navigational speed of the ship can be prevented from being affected by the actual line type of the ship, and it is guaranteed that the actual navigational speed of the ship meets design requirements.

    本发明公开一种船舶线型监控方法,包括以下步骤:步骤S1、在船舶组装后,根据船坞的中心线,以船舶舵杆中心为基准建立船舶坐标系;步骤S2、以船舶坐标系为基准,使用全站仪分别测量船舶左舷和右舷的肋位线实际坐标和水线实际坐标;步骤S3、根据测得的实际坐标,计算实际坐标与设计坐标之间的偏差值,绘制船舶实际线型图;步骤S4、根据船舶实际线型图进行船舶航行模拟试验,测试船舶实际线型是否影响船舶实际航速;步骤S5、若有影响,根据偏差值修正船舶,并重新S2至S4直至船舶的实际线型不影响实际航速。本发明在船舶下水前通过模拟试验并修正船舶实际线型,能避免船舶的实际线型影响其实际航速,保证船舶的实际航速符合设计要求。
