The invention relates to a carrying operation method of a ship bow and stern linetype large area block. The block is large in outer plate line type, high in gravity center away from the base line andfloats outwards. The block is hoisted to a dock from a general assembly platform through a crane during the carrying, and the block is carried and supported through an ultrahigh support. The ultrahighsupport comprises a lower base and an upper supporting pipe, wherein the upper supporting pipe also serves as a general assembly support of the block, is hoisted to the carrying position along with the block structure after the general assembly and falls to the top end of a lower supporting base, and the crane is loosened after it is guaranteed that the block is safe in place through a supportingpiece and constraint welding. According to the carrying method, the combined support is used to achieve the purposes of meeting the strength requirement of the carrying support of the block, ensuringthe use safety and improving the composite use efficiency, so that the ship positioning time is shortened, the resource waste of the crane is reduced, the ship carrying efficiency is improved, and the ship building cost is reduced.

    本发明涉及到一种船舶艏艉线型较大区域总段的搭载操作方法,所述的总段是指外板线型大、重心距离基线高并且外飘的总段,搭载时将船舶总段通过吊车从总组平台吊运到船坞,通过超高支撑完成对总段的搭载支撑,该超高支撑包括下底座和上支撑管两部分,上支撑管也作为总段总组支撑,在总组结束后随总段结构一起吊装到搭载位置,落于支撑下底座顶端,通过支撑件和约束焊确保总段安全到位后,再松开吊车。本发明的搭载方法组合式支撑的使用,达到总段搭载支撑强度要求、保证使用安全、增加复合使用效率的目的,以此加快船舶定位时间,减少吊车资源浪费,增加船舶搭载效率,降低船舶建造成本。
