According to the marine suspended impurity denial device, two elastic flaps are arranged in a fluid channel, each flap comprises a flap root, a flap trunk, a flap neck and a flap head, when the fluid channel sprays fluid outwards, the two flap heads are separated by fluid impact, and the two flap heads are separated by fluid impact; when the fluid channel does not spray fluid outwards or an external object is about to enter the fluid channel, the heads of the two flaps are attached to each other to prevent marine suspended impurities from entering the inner side of the fluid channel and deeper into a ship internal pipeline system so as to prevent blockage and corrosion phenomena from occurring, and the device is simple in structure and convenient and fast to assemble. The invention further discloses an air layer resistance reduction device which is provided with the marine suspended impurity rejection device and protrudes out of the ship bottom and a ship, and the ship air layer resistance reduction technology is perfected.
