The invention discloses a track detection method based on a track surface detection system, and the method comprises the steps: building a three-dimensional coordinate of a to-be-detected track through an industrial personal computer, and building a track section region in the width direction of the track; the industrial personal computer synthesizes track modeling data and stores normal track surface data according to the contour data obtained by the sensors; the industrial personal computer collects data of track section areas in real time, compares the data with normal track surface data, and judges whether each section area is abnormal or not; the industrial personal computer judges whether the track gauge changes or not according to the height of the track section area; the industrial personal computer synthesizes a track section track surface diagram of the section area where the abnormal point is located and the corresponding track section length; the device has the advantages that detection of abnormal conditions such as rail surface foreign matter, rail surface flatness, gauge change, rail surface screw tightness and tool face frost boiling is achieved, efficiency is high, and potential safety hazards are low.

    本发明公开了一种基于轨道轨面检测系统的轨道检测方法,所述检测方法包括:工控机建立待检轨道三维坐标,在轨道宽度方向建立轨道切面区域;工控机根据各传感器获得的轮廓数据,合成轨道建模数据并且存储正常轨面数据;工控机实时采集轨道切面区域的数据,与正常轨面数据比较,判断各切面区域是否存在异常;工控机根据轨道切面区域的高度,判定是否发生轨距变化;工控机合成异常点所在切面区域的轨道段轨面图及对应的轨道段长度;本发明的优点在于:实现轨面异物、轨面平整度、轨距变化、轨面螺丝紧固度,刀面翻浆等异常情况的检测,效率高,安全隐患低。
