The invention belongs to the technical field of track defect detection, and particularly discloses a track surface defect detection method and system, and the system comprises a walking unit which is used for bearing the detection system and driving the detection system to move on a track; the detection unit is used for collecting track surface images, and the track surface images comprise 2D and 3D images; the trigger unit is used for triggering the detection unit to collect a track surface image; the positioning unit is used for calculating the travelled distance of the walking unit and recording position information when the detection unit collects the image in real time; and the data processing unit is used for judging the image acquired by the detection unit. According to the method, the defects are preliminarily screened through the 2D image and then are further judged through the 3D image, so that the judgment efficiency is greatly improved on the premise of not influencing the judgment precision, and the system overhead is reduced.

    本发明属于轨道缺陷检测技术领域,尤其公开了一种轨道表面缺陷检测方法及系统,该系统包括:行走单元,用于承载所述检测系统并驱动检测系统在轨道上运动;检测单元,用于采集轨道表面图像,所述轨道表面图像包括2D和3D图像;触发单元,用于触发检测单元采集轨道表面图像;定位单元,用于行走单元行驶里程计算并实时记录检测单元采集图像时的位置信息;数据处理单元,用于对检测单元采集的图像进行判定。本发明通过2D图像对缺陷进行初步筛选后再利用3D图像进行进一步判断,在不影响判断精度的前提下大大提高了判断效率,减小了系统开销。
