The invention relates to a cooperative control system, method and equipment for a train and a trackside turnout and a storage medium, and the system comprises a planning layer which is used for calculating a sequence list of turnout actions needed by the turnout and formulating a snow melting control strategy; the decision-making layer is used for evaluating the health state of the turnout and feeding back the health state to the planning layer, and sending a running task to the train based on the train running sequence and the running path determined by the planning layer; the execution layer is used for starting turnout snow melting control according to the snow melting control strategy determined by the planning layer and feeding back the turnout snow melting progress condition to the decision-making layer in real time; and according to the turnout health state evaluated by the decision-making layer and the running path of each train, determining the turnout crossing speed of the train for the train. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the safe operation efficiency of the train crossing the turnout is improved, the turnout snow melting control energy consumption is reduced, and the like.
