The invention discloses a trackside resource management method, a storage medium, electronic equipment and a train, the method is used for a first train, the method comprises the following steps: obtaining an operation plan and operation information of at least part of trains in the operation plan, the at least part of trains comprising the first train and other trains; when it is determined that a second train and target trackside resources exist according to the operation plan and the operation information, whether the target trackside resources comprise an avoiding line or not is judged, and the second train is a train grabbing the target trackside resources with the first train; and if yes, determining the use sequence of the target trackside resources by the first train according to the operation information of the first train and the operation information of the second train. According to the trackside resource management method, the purpose that a train safely and efficiently passes through each trackside resource is achieved.
