The invention discloses an active anti-collision system for an anti-explosion place, and the specific detection process of active anti-collision comprises the steps of system power-on self-test, sensor calibration, data collection, data processing, data segmentation, data labeling, model training, obstacle detection, active anti-collision and the like. The explosion-proof camera and the explosion-proof millimeter wave radar are adopted as system sensors, the explosion-proof policy formulated by an explosion-proof place is met, meanwhile, the use of a high-cost explosion-proof laser radar is avoided, and the cost of the whole system is reduced; two types of sensors are adopted for fusion detection, the advantage that a camera obtains rich environmental information including colors can be played, and the advantages that millimeter wave radar is small in environmental interference, high in distance measurement precision and capable of achieving speed measurement can also be played; a deep learning detection algorithm and a model optimization scheme are adopted, and the detection process has accuracy, real-time performance and intelligence; the whole system is high in practicability and can be deployed on vehicles in most anti-explosion places.
