Comprising two sets of buffering assemblies which are symmetrically arranged and an air bag located between the two sets of buffering assemblies, and each buffering assembly comprises an installation base which is made of rigid metal materials and provided with a groove matched with the air bag in the first end face; the energy absorption cylinder is made of a plastic metal material and is fixed on the second end surface of the mounting seat; the air rod is slidably inserted into the mounting seat in a penetrating manner and is coaxial with the energy-absorbing cylinder, one end of the air rod abuts against the air bag, and the other end of the air rod is flush with the outer end face of the energy-absorbing cylinder; the permanent magnet is fixed on the air rod; the first end faces of the two mounting bases are oppositely arranged and are in relative sliding connection, the sliding direction of the mounting bases is parallel to the axial direction of the energy absorption cylinder, the two grooves limit the air bag, the compressive strength of the air bag is larger than that of the air rod, and the magnetic poles of the two permanent magnets are opposite; and after the air bag is broken and before the two mounting seats are in contact, the two permanent magnets generate repulsive force.
