The invention provides a barrel hoisting tool and method.The barrel hoisting tool comprises a lifting lug assembly and at least two arc-shaped plate structures, each arc-shaped plate structure comprises an arc-shaped plate body, a first mounting part and a second mounting part, and a first notch is defined by the two first mounting parts and the first end of the arc-shaped plate body; a second notch is defined by the two second mounting parts and the second end of the arc-shaped plate body; the at least two arc-shaped plate structures are used for being folded to form an annular cylinder structure, the first installation part on one of the two adjacent arc-shaped plate structures is detachably connected with the second installation part on the other arc-shaped plate structure, the first notch and the second notch form an anti-disengagement through hole, and at least one arc-shaped plate structure is connected with a lifting lug assembly. The anti-falling through hole is formed through the first notch and the second notch to be arranged on the connecting pipe in a sleeving mode, the arc-shaped plate structures are folded to be arranged on the barrel in a sleeving mode, and the lifting device is suitable for lifting the barrel with the connecting pipe; and compared with the scheme adopting a hoop, the cylinder body can be prevented from moving, and higher safety and stability are achieved.

    本发明提供了一种筒体吊装工具及方法,筒体吊装工具包括吊耳组件和至少两个弧形板结构,弧形板结构包括弧形板本体、第一安装部和第二安装部,两个第一安装部与弧形板本体的第一端合围成第一缺口,两个第二安装部与弧形板本体的第二端合围成第二缺口;至少两个弧形板结构用于合拢形成环形筒体结构,相邻的两个弧形板结构之中一个上的第一安装部与另一个上的第二安装部可拆卸连接,第一缺口与第二缺口形成防脱通孔,至少一个弧形板结构连接有吊耳组件。本发明通过第一缺口和第二缺口形成防脱通孔以套设于接管,将弧形板结构合拢以套设筒体,适用于带有接管的筒体的吊装;相比于采用抱箍的方案,可以防止筒体发生窜动,具有更高的安全性和稳定性。
