The marine diesel engine cylinder sleeve hoisting tool comprises a hoisting ring, a hoisting rod, a lifting nut, a tensioning clamping jaw assembly and a three-jaw sliding block, and an end screw at the upper end of the hoisting rod penetrates through the center of the lower end of the hoisting ring, is hinged to the center of the lower end of the hoisting ring and is limited through the nut screwed on the end screw at the upper end of the hoisting rod. The lifting nut is screwed on the middle screw, the lower side of the lifting nut abuts against the tensioning jaw assembly, the center of the tensioning jaw assembly penetrates through the middle screw, the center of the three-jaw sliding block penetrates through an end screw at the lower end of the suspender, and the upper side and the lower side of the three-jaw sliding block are clamped and fixed to the lower end of the suspender through a lower end boss and a nut screwed on the end screw at the lower end of the suspender. The inclined faces of the outer ends of the three-jaw sliding blocks are embedded into the inner sides of the rod pieces corresponding to the tensioning clamping jaw assemblies respectively. The lifting device is simple in structure, convenient and efficient to operate, and capable of safely and reliably lifting the cylinder sleeve and ensuring that the lifted cylinder sleeve is not damaged.
