The invention discloses an RS485-based elevator communication method, which comprises the following steps of: polling an outbound display panel by adopting an RS485 communication protocol, and acquiring the current running state of an elevator; if the current operation state is a stop state, first inquiry is carried out on the outbound display panel of the same floor, and if the current operation state is an operation state, second inquiry is carried out on the outbound display panel of the next floor; processing the instruction information obtained by the first inquiry or the instruction information obtained by the second inquiry as the highest priority interrupt; an existing polling mechanism is improved, real-time inquiry is carried out on a current stop floor, an obtained elevator calling key instruction is processed preferentially, the door opening action is carried out in time, and a customer is prevented from being clamped by a door; the next floor is inquired in real time, the obtained elevator calling key instruction is processed preferentially, it is guaranteed that the elevator is intercepted flexibly in the same direction in the high-speed running process of the elevator, and elevator interception failure caused by communication delay is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种基于RS485的电梯通讯方法,包括步骤:采用RS485通讯协议对外呼显示板进行轮询,并获取电梯当前运行状态;若当前运行状态为停站状态,则对同楼层外呼显示板进行第一询问,若当前运行状态为运行状态,则对下一楼层外呼显示板进行第二询问;将第一询问获取的指令信息或者第二询问获取的指令信息作为最高优先级中断进行处理;通过对现有的轮询机制进行改善,对当前停站的楼层进行实时询问,并优先处理获取的呼梯按键指令,及时进行开门动作,避免客户被门夹;通过对下一楼层进行实时询问,并优先处理获取的呼梯按键指令,保证电梯高速运行中同向拦截电梯灵活,避免因为通讯延时造成拦截电梯失败。
