The top of the supporting box is of an opening structure, and the lower portion of the supporting box is of a porous structure. A certain buffering effect can be achieved on the carrying frame, impact caused by contact with the water bottom in the sinking process is reduced, repeated upward floating and downward diving are not needed, and the working efficiency is improved.
